CORSAIR RMx Series Featuring ATX 3.1 & 12V-2×6 Connector

Updates on ATX 3.1 Compliance and Native ATX 12V-2×6 Connector for CORSAIR RMx series Low-Noise Power Supplies.

ATX Cooler Master 3.1

A manual fan speed control knob, native ATX 12V-2×6 connector, ATX 3.1 compliance, and other updates have been added to CORSAIR's well-known low-noise RMx range of power supplies. Wire routing becomes easier even in the most difficult PC designs with the new RMx line of fully modular, ultra-flexible embossing cables, which have an A+ noise certification from Cybenetics and Gold-certified efficiency (up to 91%).
The 140mm Fluid-Dynamic Bearing fan that cools the power supply, coupled with a magnetic dome structure and a manual fan override knob, makes the CORSAIR RMx family of power supplies among the quietest and most dependable available.

"They're happy to launch the new CORSAIR RMx series with an entirely new electrical design that includes a six-layer PCB for better thermal and electrical performance, an upgraded fan, and full ATX 3.1 compliance," said Jon Gerow, director of power supply research and development at CORSAIR.

They are happy to announce that it also obtained a Cybenetics Gold certification for efficiency and an A+ rating for audible noise. Every RMx power supply uses 100% Japanese electrolytic capacitors, which guarantees consistent power and longevity even in harsh conditions. The output of the power supply is provided at an ambient temperature of 50°C.

The Corsair ATX 3.1

All 750W, 850W, and 1000W RMx Series PSUs are fully compliant with ATX 3.1 and feature a native 12V-2×6 connector to support the latest and greatest high-end GPUs. The 140mm FDB fan offers a longer lifespan and less noise due to its half-dome design and PWM control, which also reduces surface friction. With a properly designed fan curve, there is minimal noise as power ramps up and fanless operation at low loads. This can be quickly and simply overridden by users using the knob that is provided on the device's back.

The sleek and very flexible, entirely modular, embossed cables of the CORSAIR RMx series allow for easy hiding. Without breaking a sweat, they can flex to accommodate practically any gadget within a case. The 12v-2×6 cable's low-profile combs give your GPU a sleek look that compliments rather than conceals it. The RMx PSU enclosure is entirely new, with a stamped, low-restriction fan grill and an improved connection architecture with clearer labeling. For those who want a flash of color, the RMx Series works with our separately sold ARGB PSU cable strips and CORSAIR Premium Individually Sleeved Type 4 PSU cables.

Key characteristics of the RMx Series Corsair

1000W Power Output: This power output can deliver up to 1000 watts of clean, constant power, making it ideal for demanding gaming setups and workstations with power-hungry GPUs and CPUs.

ATX 3.1 Compliance: ATX 3.1 Compliance guarantees compatibility with the most recent motherboards and upcoming hardware standards. It is made to function well with the most recent generation of graphics cards and CPUs.

ATX 12V-2×6 connector: The native ATX 12V-2×6 connector does not require adapters and offers enhanced cable management and optimization for next-generation graphics cards. This is especially useful for high-performance GPUs such as the NVIDIA 40-series.

80 PLUS Gold Efficiency: The RM1000x reduces energy costs by using less energy for heat and other uses, thanks to its 80 PLUS Gold accreditation and efficiency of up to 90%.

Low Noise Operation:
Corsair's Zero RPM fan mode makes the power supply nearly silent when it operates at low to medium loads. For silent PC configurations, the fan is ideal because it only runs when necessary.

Fully modular:
By connecting only the necessary wires, cabling makes buildings look neater and more organized. Additionally, this improves the internal ventilation of the case.

Japanese Capacitors: Premium, 105°C-rated Japanese capacitors guarantee dependability and durability over prolonged use.

The CORSAIR RMx series power supply is a robust and trustworthy option that ensures consistent power delivery, energy efficiency, and silent operation for customers seeking a power supply that can handle demanding setups.
