ASUS today launched the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, a mid-tower PC case with exceptional cooling, an unparalleled appearance, and a seamless panoramic view. The front pillar that separated the front and side tempered glass panels on the original GT502 has been removed to create a continuous window that wraps nearly halfway around the whole casing.

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon maintains its structural integrity by use of advanced strengthening techniques, which do not need the support of a front pillar. Like the GT502, it can easily hold up to 30 kg of weight from above, and consumers can move their PC into numerous settings thanks to its sturdy fabric grips.

Because of the panoramic view of the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, buyers may be thinking about how to draw attention to certain RGB LED components in their configuration. ASUS offers many options that are all well matched for this chassis for users to consider. The first is the TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon series. With this additional kit, users may stretch ambient lighting strips over the huge tempered-glass panels. Because it is fully compatible with Aura Sync, users can instantly synchronize its lighting effects with the rest of their equipment. Its magnetic connection points make installation straightforward.

Next up is a device called the ARGB PWM Fan Hub, which TUF Gaming enthusiasts have been asking for quite some time. This convenient and sturdy hub can accommodate up to six case fans that are equipped with PWM and ARGB control. This feature enables users to effortlessly synchronize their ARGB lighting effects and enhance cooling at elevated temperatures. Power LEDs let users easily check if all of the connections are done appropriately.

Upholding the brand's reputation for sturdy gear, the TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub has a wire cover that protects the internal components. There are additional safety fuses that prevent overcurrent and short circuits. Additionally, because of its many SATA connections, users have ample power available for ARGB lighting and PWM fans. Two integrated magnets make installation easier, and the whole assembly is housed in the tried-and-true TUF design. Its look blends in well with any TUF Gaming chassis.

Stores are also beginning to stock the TUF Gaming TR120 ARGB fans that were unveiled earlier in the year. These new fans feature a bigger 28mm frame that increases airflow and static pressure while only producing 29dB(A) of noise. They are available in conventional and reverse-airflow variants. An 8+8 double-layer LED array evenly emits light, and surrounding transparent panels carry the light show out to the outside of the frame.

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, TUF Gaming ARGB Lighting Kit for the GT502 Horizon series, and TUF Gaming ARGB PWM Fan Hub will be available in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Improved dual-chamber cooling efficiency

Customers adopting the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon chassis for their next high-performance build have a variety of options when it comes to building the cooling system. The plan starts off as a roomy two-chamber arrangement. The rear chamber has a 90mm wide compartment for cable management, but that's not all. Apart from containing the power supply, it also has a movable bracket that may be used to mount three storage disks or a 360 mm radiator. Furthermore, everything is isolated from the primary heat-producing components of the main chamber.

The end-to-end design of the main chamber guarantees efficient cooling. Large vents on the bottom panel pull in cooling air. With the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon, users can direct cool air exactly where it's required since it can accommodate up to 13 fans. Customers may use the top vent in the main chamber, which can accommodate radiators up to 360mm, to cool their CPU, graphics card, or both with AIO liquid coolers or custom loop designs. Even with a massive overclock, the GT502 Horizon will provide you the cooling options your system needs.

Build confidently

Both the appearance and inside of the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon are designed to make construction easy for users. Because it supports ATX motherboards and ATX PSUs, users have a wide selection of options. The side panels could start building immediately away since they didn't need any equipment.

Additionally, cable management is easy. With 90mm of cable routing space in the right chamber, users may arrange things exactly as they want. Customers can simply route all the necessary cables as the adjustable right fan bracket includes built-in outlets and cable clamps, whether they are using it for storage, fans, or a liquid cooling radiator.

The spacious interior of the GT502 Horizon can hold graphics cards up to 400mm in length. Customers may use the included vertical mounting bracket to put their graphics card either vertically or horizontally. If they want to show the fans and shroud on their card vertically, they may buy the riser cable of their choice.

Large heatsinks are sometimes needed for new high-performance graphics cards in order to distribute heat. The integrated graphics card holder of the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon helps users keep their card at the perfect level over time. Its three-section adjustment mechanism supports a wide range of graphics cards in both horizontal and vertical orientations.

Even though the GT502 Horizon has a lot of versatility right out of the box, many builders will want to add their own personal touches to make it even more distinctive. With this case, modders have an abundance of customization options thanks to its more than 19 different components. As a result, users will find it simple to remove any element that they choose to modify using their own ideas.

Simple maintenance options and connectivity

The TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon offers conveniences that go far beyond building. It's also enjoyable to use every day. The many connectors on the front panel make it simple to link a headset with a smartphone. The USB-C port on the front is fast-wired. The installation of a motherboard with a USB 10Gbps Type-C connection would facilitate customers' access to exceptional transfer speeds.

Tasks like dusting are quick and simple while using the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon. Detachable filters are included in the top, bottom, and right-hand vents to facilitate cleaning and replacement as necessary. This aids in preventing obstructing dust from ever coming into contact with components.
